I just heard something truly meaningful;that Brazil may go to a currency board situation(Use the US dollar as that country's surrogate currency.That in my own "studied opinion" is the wave of the future for many of these struggling currencys.WBM-01/18/99--Bottom line--Up mkt tommorrow!
