Here is another excellent prospect. NMGC (NeoMagic). They
are THE leading provider of video graphics solutions
for the notebook industry. They have more than 50% market
share and their customers include Gateway, Toshiba, Dell, IBM,
Sharp, Micron, Sony and I believe Compaq. The notebook industry
is growing at a healthy pace and NMGC is growing with it by
offering leading edge products such as the industry's first
256-bit single-chip embedded DRAM IC with integrated
graphics, audio and video.

P/E = 16
Price/Book=5
Price/Sales=2

Return on assets = 28.5%
Return on equity = 41.7%

Debt=0
Cash=$3/share

Leading edge products, in a growing industry, with strong
financials, and solid growth. It meets all of your numerical
criteria and has a very active thread on SI. Only problem
is that it doesn't have a friggin SI profile. That's hard to
understand since they have more than 50% market share in
their industry. No profile is probably due to the fact that
they have only been public for two years.

There are 5 analysts covering the stock and they all rate it
a STRONG BUY.

I just wanted to let everyone here know about the stock because
it does seem to fit in with the type of stock your are trying
to promote.
