While as a shareholder I appreciate that we want TSIG to fix it's problems, let's not lose sight of the fact that Cohesive is working on the site, and most likely is redesigning the entire site (the likelyhood of them just fixing the current site is small imo).
If they are redesigning the entire site, I would expect them to take calls as they have been, but would expect nothing, or very little in terms of fixing the current site, as this would be a waste of $$,,,as opposed to just putting all the manpower into whatever site new/old that Cohesive feels would get the job done for TSIG.
