Penni,
The Japanese have no word for hot flashes because they eat tofu, and other soybean products. I believe these foods have compounds similiar to estrogen, there is a sweet potato with such compounds also. I have some wonderful tofu recipes, you won't even know your eating it, and tofu can be blended with cheese and meat in your own recipes.

I'm sorry about the bathtub. That happens to all of us, but its extra nasty when it happens on a bad day.

Only you know whether you're a failure at investing, but judging from your posts you're intelligent and perceptive. I'll bet this is just one of those days when everything went down. I hate those days, but I really like the ones when everything goes right. I have some rather risky positions myself at the moment, and if they don't play out like they SHOULD I'm in deep ****

I'll be happy to post some of my tofu recipes if you want them and you'll love them, really.
