In the discussion of DDR, remember that one thing that Intel has done very well is to find strategies to monopolize the marketplace. They wiped out alternative processors and chipsets. They have consistently been able to manage market share and they are not about to let anyone else back into these markets. The only thing that would worry me about DDR is if Intel changed its tune about it. -- Alan
