Hi! I'm new to this thread but I have read alot of the posts here, as well as at the How to Improve thread. Congratulations on keeping your head when all about you were losing theirs! You're an inspiration.

I would love to see your tofu recipes! I really love tofu and most soybean products but I don't use them much in cooking (mostly 'cause I don't cook so well). Any simple recipes you have would be great.

I am also a big movie buff but I must admit that my taste leans toward the odd and disturbing films. As such, I really liked Heavenly Creatures because it disturbed me, made me think, and got under my skin. I like movies that make me think beyond the theater exit, you know?

Anyway, keep your cool (as usual) and I'd love to see your recipes.
