I am new to the IPO process. They filed an S-1 on 1/14. Can one predict how long before the perspectus and then the IPO? How does one buy an IPO stock? Do you believe this stock will run up, just on the strength of the underwriters and Clark? Is the portal they started, specifically healthcare related? Regards, Michael
