Binder,
Remember, Commissioner Paul Tagliabue coming down to "help" the Falcons. For the life of me, I have no idea how he helped in any way, but who knows, maybe it is just not obvious.

As far as ticket prices, the Falcons have wanted to raise prices for a couple of years now, but couldn't due the decreasing number of renewals. Now we have a winner, and that will change. At $30 per ticket now, I expect to pay at least $35 next year, or perhaps even $40. Still, I expect season ticket sales to increase by as much as 100%. Oh, the price of success.

Btw, Chris Chandler is the primary reason for the Falcons current success. After making a "tour" of the league, at 32, he is now at the top of his game. Based on this seasons play, I think he is now the best QB in the league. His effectiveness makes Jamal Anderson's running game possible. The defense has been good all year in spite of losing one of their better lineman to free agency last year. They will stop Terrell Davis's running game which will mean Denver's offense will be at the mercy of an aging Elway's passing game. I would look for Jamal to have a better day running the ball than Terrell.
