Ira... with all considerations, I wouldn't expect too much from Q4/98, as we are still somewhat early in a recovery cycle. I think it will be reassuring... possibly even beating expectations marginally... but not blockbuster. However, with established product income, and Clik! finally adding to, rather than taking from, the bottom line... Q1/99 has promise of surprise. It was impossible to transend KE's policies overnight. We've paid the price in terms of cost, repentance and time. I think we are now in responsible hands with Glore. Imation can be formidable competition... but we do have the advantage at the moment. IOM will make money when we truly dominate the market and establish a healthy margin. That margin depends primarily upon Zip disks, Clik! and Clik! disks. I think all other IOM products are supportive in terms of real income. Look for Clik! to substantially kick in this quarter... and watch out for Q2 when JohnQ looks to spend his tax refunds... he's gonna want to take cheap pictures of the good life.

Regards,
