Jules, After reviewing the details of the relationship
of "Omnipoint Technologies" and Ericsson -- would it
be safe to say that Ericsson would be interested in
purchasing this portion of the (Omnipoint) company ??

I'm assuming that Omnipoint Technologies is a separate branch
of Omnipoint.
