Irvingsully, did you ever think that the person who E-mailed you could be using you to create more chaos among GNEN investors?
First of all, let me say that I sincerely appreciate your concern and bring in this to everyone's attention. But...
Let's review what we KNOW AT THIS TIME...
1. Someone E-mailed you claiming that they are WORRIED that insiders are dumping restricted shares into the float. 2. No idea who this person is, only know that his/her English is pretty bad---don't know what that means :-). 3. Could only guess that this person has no access to SI GNEN board or doesn't particularly like the raging-bull board (free) but somehow find you to be the place to disclose this top-secret info. Now I'm going with the assumption that you do not know this person. 4. No INFO WHATSOEVER was given regarding the sale of the restricted shares except that the message was very grave in its tone and seem to imply that bad things are about to happen to GNEN. 6. One disgrunted Larry McNabb was found on this board last week bashing the stock, was chased away by investors' (myself included) threat of reporting him to the SEC. 7. One FAKE Andrew Garrison was found on this board last week touting on this board the distant history of Bill Craig. Disappeared when the real Andrew Garrison showed up. 8. And finally, how do someone sell restricted shares without filing with the SEC?
What do all these add up, you ask? Seem to me someone, or a small group of people are intentionally trying to drive down the price of the stock.
And let me restate one of my previous messages, NOTHING HAS CHANGED WITH THE COMPANY. Nothing have been brought about the underworkings of the company--its record labels, CDMusic purchase, association with AMZN. What we do have is whole bunch of a claims/accusations with no factual base aimed to drive fear into GNEN shareholders and the whole reeks of foul play.
Now, I'll admit it when I've made a bad investment, and I couldn't ay that I have at this point as my outlook on the company has not changed.
And Irvingsully, please don't take this the wrong way, I have enjoyed your posts in the past and think of you as an intelligent person and an experienced investor. However, I could not agree with you posting anything that people send you when there's absolutely no basis for it. I guess that's like a reputable news organization running a sensational story before finding out its validity. I think the right thing to do would be to investigate such matter first then bringing it to the attention of the public.
