Richard, they wouldn't get much if they came right out and called their service a tout sheet, so they put the word "analysis" or whatever in it, list who they used to work for and charge whatever they can get away with. In Hegarty's case he got a 176% rate of return on a $200K account size in '95 and a 46% rate of return in '96. Kind of like a great mutual fund in '96 and a blow out rate in '95. Is is worth over $20K/year for that kind of advice? Taking the fees into consideration drops the '96 rate of return down to about 35%, which is still pretty good.

I'm looking for that 50-150% return for a lot less money, though.
