Hi all. I just found the law.com press release (late!) and am pretty darn impressed after doing an hour or so of research on TODY. A few questions for those of you who have been paying attention for longer: 1) when/what is the financing you mention expected to be, and what will it be used for? I assume that they already received some cash from Strong Funds in the retirement.com deal? 2) when is the WebWare product expected to come out of beta so that it can be properly marketed? I'm involved with the development of a couple of Internet media properties myself, and I can tell you that we're very interested in the product and may look into the affiliate network as well.
