Leading Telecoms analysts in U.K. + Europe are
expecting this VOD/ATI merger to create a wave
of Telecoms. acquisitions, esp. Wireless. And
already, Mannesmann is sweetening their fresh
bid on Cellular, Inc. ATI has 18 millions sub-
scribers, but has minority interests to 10 of
those millions, approx. 20%. NEXTEL will now be
seen as the huge growth story that it is. The
three year struggle will be richly rewarded for
its stalwart shareholders.
