*AV*--NVLS is going to be the lead sled dog in certain new advanced processing technology like Copper. Since it is not a conglomerate like AMAT, thjis will have a dramtically positive impact once implemented. From a professional perspective, it appears that the NVLS system is better then the AMAT version or at worst extremely comprable, making it a good favorite for wider market acceptance.

I have been in and out of NVLS and actually chased it on Friday at $70 after bailing at $66 for huge profits. I would set a lower limit trigger on the stock and hold tight or move it up slightly as NVLS rises. I would not let all the gains erode.

I think NVLS has a good chance of breaking 100 and/or splitting based on the recovery and its strong psotion when it does occur. Your timing is within a few months either way. Most definitely it should be in 2000 when it will be necessary to replace obsolete equipment, expand capacity, and have advanced technology in place.

MIPS has its lows getting higher and its highs getting higher. I like the 40-50 range but am still figuring out how they might be impacted by the divestiture of shares by SGI. In the long run it will be great for them but in the short run, who knows what pitfalls there might be in the transition.
