Re the VOD-ATI merger. What about the regulators and other bureaucratic hurdles to timely implementation of the merger? Who here remembers the delays, sell offs, rationalizations, etc. forced on WCOM by both the European multiple bureaucratic organizations and the Justice Dept and all the alphabet soup regulatory bodies in the US? Will VOD-ATI sail through all this stuff quickly and cleanly? Does being wireless help, compared to the hurdles for wireline? Chaz
