The 10bn was total bids with Nextwave having approx. 4.2bn. Nextwave has a web site nextwavetel.com.the management team listed there seems like an all star lineup. With their purchase of almost 94 million pops and their commitment to CDMA, not to mention Qcom's investment, this adds a lot more fuel to the fire.
