ATHM + XCIT,

Without its major shareholder acknowledge, @Home won't have the guts to merge with Excite! using 1/2 of its capital value. AT&T wants the internet portal so bad and they are willing to pay the premium. Excite! has Millions of eyeballs and its own value (proven to be profitable in a short period of Internet Era).

Question is: What if FCC want AT&T to unbundle ATHM for AT&T/TCI merger deal?
