SEATTLE, Jan. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Unisys Corporation (NYSE: UIS - news) has entered into an agreement with Data Dimensions, Inc. (Nasdaq: DDIM - news) to resell Interactive Vendor Review™ (IVR), a regularly updated, online data base that reports the millennium compliance status of hardware, software, and embedded systems.

IVR users can check existing product information in the database, as well as submit products for further research by Data Dimensions, Inc. ''While addressing the Year 2000 with their internally developed applications, many of our clients also need to review the compliance of all their third-party products as well,'' said Susan Thomas, worldwide director of Unisys TEAM2000. ''IVR allows Unisys to provide its 50,000 customers worldwide with another useful product to help ease the path to Y2K compliance.''

''By providing access to our IVR product, Unisys will help its customers assess the Y2K readiness of thousands of products currently within their organizations, as well as providing information so companies can make wise vendor choices in future buying decisions,'' notes Tom Clark, president of DDI's Knowledge Transfer Products Division.
