Scott at the very least there will be some dilution in the holdings of FNET share % for FTEL. While there maybe dilution from 68% to 52% (these are aprox) there could be an increase on market cap from aprox 25M to anywheres up to 150Ms. Yummy if that is what happens.

If you are referring to getting compensated by way of shares to ftel owners I do not think so and in any case if FNet is the monster that we are thinking it might better for all concerned pocketbook wise to keep things the way they are.
