Interesting landscape shaping:
1) AOL: ISP/Portal/eCommerce - eventual telephony via PAC BELL
2) T: ISP/Portal(XCIT)/eCommerce(ATHM+EGGS deal)/Telephony
3) YHOO: ISP(T deal)/Portal/eCommerce/

I'm going to guess YHOO allows their deal w/T to expire and eventually teams with MCI. Then again, maybe what we see is just another T empire worthy of the term monopoly. Ok, not yet, but look at their real estate! It sure looks like their going for break-up #2 in a few years.
