There are many and various answers to your questions, but let me simplfy by saying that I have been considerablly amused by your recent postings over this LONG weekend...
USRF is in contact with several MAJOR ISP's as we speak, and is in the process of negotiating joint ventures and licensing agreements that will further support our sotck price and push this issue off of the OTC:BB onto the NASDAQ (small cap at the least). Why don't they release this information? HOW ABOUT THEY AREN'T DONE NEGOTIATING YET!!! Have you ever had any involvement with the "inside" of a public company....or are you some 9-5 desk jockey who started trading on E*Trade with $2k and some how phound your way over to the OTC:BB.
Once again, the OTC is not for the weak, ignorant or underfinanced...iph you phit any of the above definitions, please contact your $10/hour mutual phund broker at Schwab and leave the rest of us alone, iph not...try doing your own DD phor once.
This technology is HOT, and Loflin realizes this. Everything is phor sale...phor a price, but you have to walk before you can run. Doesn't everyone in the world want to do a major deal with AT&T, Lucent, Sprint, MCI, ect... I worked on a deal with Lucent on one of the hottest VideoConf products in the mrkt about 2 years ago, we fought for 12 months and nothing happened. Loflin is not going to allow someone to walk away with his technology, and he is not prepared to fight the big boys as we speak.
Why Casper and not SF....use common sense...how much $$$$ to you think it cost to build out Casper vs. SF...ALOT i would wager!!! Why not prove your technology in some small mrkt (ie. Peublo, CO) and see if you can't scare a Big Boy into a licensing deal in a major market...do you know where Casper is...think this puts further pressure on the MAJOR ISP that USRF is negotiating with in the Denver mrkt, or how do you think all of the mormons over in Salt Lake are pheeling right now (guess who is next to be under cut on T-1 prices???)
Pull your head...and think about growing a company, not throwing away a technology for $7/share. Take your money and your bad attitude elsewhere if you think this won't work, or at least do some DD, and expect reasonable results.

Do you really think that if I was pumping and dumping I would risk staying in and promoting a stock that I have already take a 1000% ride in...come down off the soap box and talk to the real players (and if you want me to put you in touch with some people I know at USRF I would be more than happy to, but if you are calling them and harassing them about Phatt Jake, that dawg won't hunt!!)
