CAIRO, Ga., Jan. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Chronicle Communications Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CRNC - news) CEO, John V. Whitman, Jr., announced today that it has acquired Richard K. Nicholson Ent., Inc. Nicholson has 1998 revenues of $350,000 and is profitable. Chronicle acquired Richard K. Nicholson Ent. with 25,000 shares of ''restricted'' stock.
The company is contracted by resorts, builders associations and special interest groups to serve as publisher for their publications. The company currently acts as publisher for Bonded Builder News, GCBA Today, US Sports Fans, TradeWinds Resort Magazine, and newly acquired Collier Building Industry Association's Business Builder Newspaper. The company derives its revenues by selling its publishing expertise to owners of specialty publications which eliminates the high cost of overhead. Mr. Nicholson has joined Chronicle as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He has 15 years' experience in the publishing and printing industries.
