Lastshadow, It has been my understanding of Greenspan that his attitude on the market is "the market will take care of itself". His focus has always been on commodities, employment numbers and world financial conditions. Raising rates in the US would cause a huge flood of capital into the US thereby wrecking some countries trying to comeback. Sets the entire world markets back. Just IMO, Granville has been wrong since the gold call in 1980! Steve Davis
