Interesting topic. I don't have all the facts but hasn't Behrringer been increasing their stake? Might they not want to control their own assembly? I am a bit surprised that Deswell has not taken advantage of its cash position to buy Asian companies at value prices. I appreciate the dividend but how often does an opportunity like this come around? John
