Moral decay??? If there is any left to 'decay'? Or a NEW DEFINITION
of 'Moral'.

This is why they are putting so much in "EDUCATION FUND", aka
"REPAIR FUND". It's a waste of money other than it buys votes
for them.

This GOV taught: "someone else is responsible for your well-being".

I'm still learning from mistake that NOBODY should save for the
children's education, let the government find money for you. If
you 'save', you disqualify yourself for aid, also, you are indirectly
saving for someone else's education fund, not your child's. SUCKs
and SICK.
