George, I can't believe you can't explain the total death situation so everyone understands it. Most can't comprehend what lengths their beloved FDA will do to support their mickey mouse efficacy models unless of course they have an activist group on their back, but no one speaks for the children. Opalapril, I would think that a few weeks past 2 years is not grounds to seek legal remedies from Xoma, but on the other hand they are skating on thin ice in my opinion. I do know that I invested my money with the understanding of a two year trial, did anyone else?
