Why are we not soaring? Because the only people who know what actually occurred, and what the merger terms really look like are the people who did the merger. There is, as yet, no public information available. That will change soon, I hope. All of our projections of value and potential market price for this company (the fabled 2-3 dollar range) were based on the terms of merger set forth in the preliminary proxy. Now, for all I know, the stock could be worth 50 cents or 5 dollars. We need to give them time to release the further information.
