You're most likely correct Gator. I assume he didn't tell you the details because its material info at this point, but I can't think of any other news of significance they would bring out beside the merger announcement. If merger is announced, hopefully they will work immediately towards becoming a publicly reporting company and filing with the SEC for a NASDAQ listing down the road. Share price: $3.93 Volume: 180,000+
