This is definitely a positive.

Its getting rid of a huge mistake that Orbit made in 97. And after the 4th Q hit, the company should start seeing rising earnings again. It brightens the picture considerably for 1999. Orbit was a big drain on earnings last year, and according to the release, is expected to contribute to earnings this year.

Now if we just get some info on where they stand with Nortel Networks, which recently announced significant outsourcing moves, then we can see what 1999 will look like.
