And dontcha think the company would have issued a press release announcing this Great Victory? Janice Janice... you are forgetting one minor detail. You actually have to pay cash (not newly minted shares) to get something on the wires. They allegedly couldn't afford to pay their IR firm (so their IR firm quit), they allegedly couldn't afford to pay their 800 number phone bill (so it's not working any more), they allegedly couldn't afford to pay WellRich cash (so they are proposing shares instead), so what makes you think they can afford to pay to have a news release on the wires? - Jeff
