EMPE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 12, 1998--Accord Advanced Technologies Inc. (OTC BB:AVTI - news) announced Thursday that it has received an order from Lockheed Martin (NYSE:LMT - news) to refurbish and reconfigure an Applied Material (Nasdaq:AMAT - news) Precision(tm) P5000. Accord was chosen over a number of competing Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) system manufacturers to supply its fully remanufactured multichamber Applied Materials Precision(tm) P5000 which is used in the critical process of manufacturing I C chips.
