It now seems that AXC has two seasoned proven high tech preformers in the fold. Mr. Cooper and Carl Reiter. I hope when the detailes are announced that Reiter will recieve a small amount of cash and a large portion of the deal in AXC stock. This would be very positive. Now Mr. Bramson is the time for you to move out of the way and let this two men do their jobs. I also believe that this may have been a done deal when micronet was aquired. High possibility the Mr's Cooper and Reiter realized the potential of an alliance with AXC long before Mr. Bramson. It would be very interesting to know who approached who first, Mr. Cooper or Mr. Bramson. I would bet Mr. Cooper approched Mr. Bramson while at the same time he was talking to Mr. Reiter.
