Please read the following response I got from Wendy in Investor Relations: From: Wendy Ravenal To: Sandra Simon Re: Name Change Info Thank you for writing. The company name of Norris Communications, Inc., has been officially changed to "e.Digital Corporation." The stock symbol changed January 14 at market open from NCII to EDIG. These changes were approved by a shareholder vote on Jan. 12 at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, and are intended to more accurately reflect the company's strategic focus on connecting portable devices to the Internet. The stock began trading as EDIG on Thursday, Jan. 14. The symbol change does not affect the amount of stock you hold. You hold the exact same number of shares in EDIG as you held in NCII. I am surprised that Datek is not showing the current symbol. e.Digital Corporation filed the appropriate paperwork with the SEC and other governing bodies, and made a public announcement of the name and symbol change through BusinessWire on January 13. We will try to reach someone at Datek who can bring their postings up to date. The new web site ("www.edig.com") has taken more time to get online than we were led to believe. Millennianet is our Internet Service Provider, and we expect the new site to be up sometime this morning (Pacific Time). Please check back later. We have taken the liberty of adding your e-mail address to our Press Release Notification List. Now, when news comes out on the Company or its products, a complete copy (usually one page) will be forwarded to you the day it is released.
