I was just voicing my own opinion, but I also agree with sword et al's points that phones need to be answered, technical mistakes such as correct pricing, etc,,,,all are mistakes that must be corrected!
After all I, personally, have been through this last year+, I understand what it's like to have an overflowing plate to contend with, and am willing to give TSIG the benefit of the doubt in some areas, especially the areas that Cohesive is now in charge of (I'll complain after they have "finished" the site :))
