The 12cent loss looks like a HUGE negative surprise. Analysts were predicting 46cent profit. quote.yahoo.com (But when you back the extraordinary items out, they actually hit the number. And I'm never clear on whether those Zacks "consensus" numbers refer to reported earnings or earnings exclusive of extraordinary items)
