IMO MTC is at it's annual low today. Right now MTC is a very compelling value. 37 15/16's is the bottom. IMO the 1999 year price will be around $60.00 and we will all be saying, would've, could've, should've, but I did.

I just stepped up and bought 2,000 shares at 38 3/16's.
