To all: Anyone interested in Verifone should check out a small canadian company in the same line of business. International Verifact (IVIAF) has a web site: www.ivinet.com. They are trading around US$ 5 on Nasdaq. They touch a high of about 9 around 12-13 months ago. About 7-8 million shares outstanding. Last few quarters have been week, hence the low share price. Next quarterly result will be coming out 1st week of March. Note: I own both VFI and IVIAF.
