Hardrocker, it said a HISPANIC bank. Chase and Citibank are NOT Hispanic banks. It was interesting that they mentioned the Hispanic bank in the release--one would think that would be more or less irrelevant to the contract as far as TSIG is concerned.

Perhaps TSIG has additional plans to tap the Hispanic market.

It does indeed say the bank will be involved in this "partnership," an interesting phrase. It also says that Sig is looking to dominate this market.
