As counsel for Anthony@Pacific, I demand that you cease and desist immediately from publishing, through Silicon Investor or any other medium, false and misleading statements concerning Anthony@Pacific.

Anthony@Pacific has not published false information regarding his trading positions on Silicon Investor. And Anthony@Pacific has not "mimicked" or "parroted" the securities analysis or other work product of CNBC.

Your repeated statements to the contrary are untrue, and damage the reputation and professional abilities of Anthony@Pacific. In order to mitigate the damages your statements have caused to Anthony@Pacific, you must issue a retraction immediately to the "Anthony @ Equity Investigations" thread on Silicon Investor, WHEREIN YOU ADMIT THAT YOUR STATEMENTS REGARDING ANTHONY@PACIFIC WERE MADE WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE OF THE TRUTH.

Your failure to issue an acceptable retraction will result in the vigorous pursuit of any and all claims Anthony@Pacific may have against you. Your publication of additional false statements will be regarded as a malicious attempt to harm the physical and emotional well-being of Anthony@Pacific.
