I have been following these desert gold and platinum schemes for 20 years and have yet to see one ounce of gold or platinum come from them. Both are noble metals. That means that they don't form many compounds. Alchemists and others have been trying for years to prove otherwise. Never have. I have heard how there is a cartel conspiring against these deposits so they won't loose control and I have also heard about these marvelous individuals who have discovered ways to find and recover the ore. What magic. Not one ounce has been produced to date. We all talk on these threads and most don't know who the others are. Maybe one of us is logged on under several differnet names and is just promoting the rest? Anyway, I find it interesting. I would also be happy to answer any of your technical mining questions. I am well qualified even if I don't believe in desert sands. The state says I am an expert mining engineer with respect to conventional mining.
