I guess fair is fair......I should have elaborated more on what I would consider "acceptable" standards for a contract between DGIV and another company.......in this case it's not the terms of the contract that bother me the most (though they are vague) it's the company itself (Teltek)....before I could take any contract seriously the company at the receiving end (Teltek) would have to meet a revenue requirement, say $1mm per year......otherwise it's "pie in the sky." IMO More important than our little wager,, I'm far more content with being right.......so far....so good. eom
