The good news is that 25% applied to the market will REVOLUTIONIZE the USA market liquidity. Nah. One-fourth of 62% of $2.7 trillion is only $420 billion. Over 15 years this is only $28 billion a year into an equity market around $15 trillion. Not very significant. -Robert
