Kevin - Re: " what major OEMs did AMD have lined up behind the K6 before prodution?" They had NO major OEM's but they did have CyberMAx, Lugaski (sp?) Computers, LeapFrog, MonoRail and a few other lesser names signed up. Remember - a K6 plugged into a Pentium MMX motherboard. Try plugging a K7 into any Intel motherboard !!!! Paul
