Interesting item on Rehnquist. His later opinions don't seem to support a charge that he is racist. However, if he lied under oath as you indicate, he should not have been confirmed by the Democrat Congress. You are correct, I don't really care about Morgenthau's opinion. I don't believe that Starr is the two headed monster he's been made out to be. JLA
