Marc is right on I believe in regards to Rugrat sales. I am almost positive that sales were limited by inventory levels.

I AM NOT complaining ... I believe one of the BEST things THQI has going for it, indicative of excellent management, is excellent inventory control. It would be very nice to have sold a ton of extra units this holiday season, but it is much worse to have to eat a ton of unsold units.

Demand for games should remain strong into the forseeable future, so this is a good time to implement a conservative distribution model, knowing more units can be produced and sold based on current demand.

In a way this is a unique opportunity to allow current sales to accurately forecast future sales. That doesn't happen very often, but the video craze right now is creating such a strong demand curve, it seems to be holding pretty well.

I think I owe Todd a wooden nickel :o)

Regards, JB
