The web site also seems to mention a 10-1 reverse split, and a reverse-merger. The .60 to 1.20 valuation on today's stock is because they expect a value of 6.00 to 12.00 on the stock after the reverse split and reverse merger. So, does this mean that the combined value of one share of all three "publicly quoted" companies is expected to add up to 6.00 to 12.00? I've heard that reverse splits are never good. Comments? Dave D
