First, I'll try to format it a bit better:

ECSC - Transaction Log

4:08:20 2900 1:03 T
4:08:17 3000 1:03 T
3:58:43 1.1 - 1.2
3:58:29 1.1 -1:05
3:28:04 500 1:05
3:20:20 1000 1:05
2:39:47 20000 1:05
2:38:35 85000 1.2
2:36:42 100000 1.1
12:03:47 200 1:03
10.21:44 1000 1:03
8.21:04 1:03 -1:05

The first column of course represents the time of the trade or the time of the change in the bid/ask.
The second column is the size of the trade.
If no quanity appears, it just means there was a change in the bid/ask at that time.
The last column is the price of the trade or the new bid/ask prices.
A colon between the numbers represents sixteenths so the opening bid/ask at 8:21 was 1 3/16 x 1 5/16.
A decimal represents eighths so the 100,000 share trade at 2:36 was for 1 1/8 (which was below the bid at that time).
I deleted the "S" from the original posted log; it just means the trade is from Nasdaq Smallcap.
