No, I don't know your situation, time horizon, etc.

For myself, I am satisfied this is a rock solid company with a great franchise and high barriers to competitive entry. The company is nearing the end of a long turn-around. Its remaining problems are fixable. It is selling at a reasonable price with limited downside risk and substantial upside potential. The rumor of a takeover by Gillette is provocative, but not in itself reason to buy.
