Eugene, I understand your concern, I am used to lower PE's also, but I think you are kidding yourself to expect that kind of downward change in tech's PEs. AOL is "manic", along with a lot of the nets, but IMO, you can expect to see the PE's stay where they are on MSFT, Cisco, Intel, and Dell, unless the basic story changes on one of them.
